If you have a vagina you should be watching The Starter Wife with the lovely Debra Messing. The Starter Wife was originally a mini-series that ran over summer 2007, but was such a big hit has been brought back as a full blown series on USA.

In the mini-series, Debra Messing plays a woman, Molly Kagan, who married for love and built a Hollywood life with her successful producer husband. She gave him a daughter, helped build his career, and took care of his every need then, of course, he dumped her. Suddenly, she's a Hollywood outcast left to start over at 40 as a single mom. Lucky for her she has three great friends who support her through the rough times.

I liked the mini-series, but she fell for a homeless dude (who can now be seen as Bill on True Blood) which I could never get down with. Still, it was entertaining.

However, I loooove the second series. Molly is done with the homeless dude, her close friends have been reduced from three to two, and the story line is better. Debra Messing is hilarious and the supporting cast is pretty fab, too.

So take your vag in for a tune-up on Friday nights and watch The Starter Wife on USA. It'll get all your estrogen juices flowing.
